Olympian Ryan Hall Endorses Big Bear Marathon

Big Bear Lake, Calif. May 29, 2008 -Ryan Hall, a local Big Bear resident, who competed for a medal in the marathon event during the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. The community of Big Bear is honored to have its local athlete represent the United States at the Olympics, and proud to announce Ryan Hall as the official ambassador for last years Big Bear Marathon September 6, 2008.

Mr. Hall was thrilled to see an event that he excels at happen in his hometown of Big Bear Lake. Hall endorses the event as an Olympic athlete and as a local Big Bear resident.

"Big Bear is such a special place for me. It's where it all started," said Ryan Hall. "The beauty of Big Bear never ceases to amaze me, and I am sure it will power the runners to the finish line."
